Grades K–9 · Focused Instruction

A decade in the classroom, now working one-on-one.

I began my career teaching third grade in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, then moved through classrooms in Colorado and South Florida before transitioning to private tutoring in 2023. That path gave me a rare depth of experience across different school cultures, grade levels, and student needs.

My approach is rooted in one core belief: a student who truly understands something will outperform a student who has simply memorized the answer. I constantly ask my students, “How do you know?” — and that question changes everything.

"My goal is to work closely with families to deliver an efficient, individualized education that helps every student thrive — built on a strong foundation of respect, safety, and genuine engagement."
